Reservation Policy:
3 nights deposit secures reservations, refundable provided written cancellation is received at Villa Renaissance 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, deposit is forfeited to cover cancelled or altered night(s) of a continued reservation i.e. late arrival/early departure. Due to our small size, cancellations and alterations can affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. We recommend travel insurance.

Reservations for Christmas/New Years (21st December 2008 to 4th of January 2009) require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Cancellations MUST be received by the 1st November to ensure the return of the deposit.
