All suites have air conditioning, ceiling fans, direct dial telephones with Internet access, 60+ channel cable TV, DVD players, safes, refrigerators with ice makers, kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, bathrobes and hairdryers. Beachfront Villa suites feature elevators, disappearing pocket sliders and expansive juliet balconies. Garden Villa Suites overlook lush Caribbean gardens and exclusive mosaic pool.

• Rates include continental Breakfast which will be available starting 1 April 2009.
• Rates are in USD and are per suite per night.
• All above rates are subject to 10% Government Tax and 10% Facility Fee.
• The Rates are for two persons in one-bedroom suites, four persons in two-bedroom suites and six persons in three-bedroom suites. Extra Persons are $85 per person per nights.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservation Policy:

• A three-nights deposit secures reservations, refundable provided written cancellation is received at Villa Renaissances 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• The deposit is also forfeited to cover cancelled or altered night(s) of a reservation, for instance late arrival or early departure.
  Due to our small size, cancellations and alterations can affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy.
• Reservations for Christmas/New Years (19 December 2009 to 4th of January 2010) require a minimum stay of seven nights. Cancellations MUST be received by the 1st November to ensure the return of the deposit.
