Villa Renaissance offers 28 guestrooms in a 4-story property. All suites have air conditioning, ceiling fans, direct dial telephones, 100+ US Cable TV channels, DVD players, clock radios and safety deposit boxes. Kitchens include refrigerators with ice makers, microwaves, cookware/ dishes/utensils, dishwashers and laundry (washer/dryer) facilities. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers, designer toiletries, and hair dryers. Beachfront Villa suites feature elevators, disappearing pocket sliders and expansive Juliet balconies. Garden Villa suites overlook lush Caribbean gardens and exclusive mosaic pool.

General Information
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Check in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM
Rates are in USD and are per suite per night.
The Rates are for two people in one-bedroom suites, four people in two-bedroom suites and six people in a three-bedroomed suite
Extra guests cost $85 per person per night
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
All above rates are subject to 11% Government Tax and 10% Facility Fee.
Reservation Policy
A 3-night deposit secures your reservation. The deposit is due when the reservation is made and is fully refundable, provided written cancellation is received at Villa Renaissance 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Thereafter your deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered night(s) of a confirmed reservation (late arrival or early departure). 7 days prior to arrival the balance will be charged. Should the reservation be cancelled thereafter, there will be no refund.
Reservations for Christmas/New Years require a minimum stay of seven nights. 3 night deposit is due at time of reservation. Full payment is due November 1st. Cancellations MUST be received on or before September 30th in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellation thereafter is non-refundable.
Due to our small size, cancellations and alterations can affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy.
We also highly recommend travel insurance.
In the event of an obvious or palpable error, how so ever occasioned or displayed, we reserve the right to decline your booking and refund you the full amount paid.
